Setting it up, step by step
Open the App Store
It sits on the home screen over on Apple TV. On an iPad or iPhone, it is the App Store icon you already know.
Fit a player
Track down "iPlayTV", "GSE Smart IPTV" or "IPTV Smarters Player" and add it. Smarters is free; a one-time price applies to the others. Give anything named TiviMato or Tivimax a miss: TiViMate they are not.
Wire in your Nixaiptv login
Start the app, settle on the Xtream Codes route, and supply your username, password and server address. From an iPhone, each field can be pasted right out of the WhatsApp thread, which sidesteps typing slips.
Switch on AirPlay if it suits
Your iPhone can AirPlay a channel across to an Apple TV, or to any AirPlay-ready set in the room, a fair shout when you would rather leave the TV itself untouched.
If it does not work first time
The list loads but the stream stays dead
A handful of channels lean on codecs that Apple gear only decodes given the right player setting. Move the player engine across to VLC or FFmpeg inside the app settings.

It does, and on the tvOS store it costs nothing. The Xtream login is supported, with its on-demand, catch-up and guide rows all live. TiViMate genuinely has no Apple TV release, whatever the copycat listings would have you think.
How do I watch Nixaiptv on a Mac?
You have three options. Pull IPTV Smarters Player off the Mac App Store, feed the M3U link into IINA or VLC, or reach for the browser player. Each of them is stepped through in the Windows and Mac guide.
