Most likely causes
- The seven-day free trial on this device has ended, so SIPTV asks for the one-off activation before it will load a list again.
- The one-off activation was paid for a different MAC than the one the TV now shows.
- The playlist was never re-uploaded to the SIPTV site against this MAC, or the saved link has expired.
- The MAC changed after a factory reset or a reinstall, so the paid activation no longer matches.
- A cached older playlist is loading instead of the current one after the app updated.
Fixes, in the order to try them
Open Smart IPTV on the TV and find the MAC address on the main screen. Note it exactly, colons included, because both activation and the playlist upload are keyed to it.
Go to siptv.app on a phone or computer and open the activation page. Enter the MAC and check its status. If the trial has ended, complete the one-off activation there. The fee is small and separate from your Nixaiptv plan; confirm the current amount on the site, as it can change.
Re-upload the playlist. On siptv.app open the playlist upload page, enter the same MAC, and add your Nixaiptv link as an external URL (or upload the M3U file). Save it, and give the site a moment to store it against your device.
Reload on the TV. Back in Smart IPTV, use the option to reload or refresh the playlist, or close and reopen the app, so it fetches the list you just linked.
Confirm the MAC matches. If the app still says expired after you activated, the MAC on the site and the MAC on the TV are probably different. Re-read the MAC on screen and correct whichever entry is wrong.
Clear a stale list. If an old channel set loads instead of your current one, remove the saved playlist on siptv.app, upload the correct Nixaiptv link again, and reload on the TV.
If activation is live, the MAC matches and the correct playlist is uploaded but channels still will not play, message the Nixaiptv desk with the MAC on WhatsApp so we can confirm the line from our end.

Smart IPTV (SIPTV) expired (Samsung) FAQ
Is the Smart IPTV activation fee part of my subscription?
No. Smart IPTV charges its own small one-off activation per device at siptv.app after the free trial, and that is separate from your Nixaiptv plan. Paying it activates the app on that MAC; it does not renew your channels, which come from your subscription.
My SIPTV trial ended. Do I lose my channels?
No, your subscription is unaffected. The trial ending only means the app wants its one-off activation for that device. Activate the MAC on siptv.app and re-upload your playlist and the same channels return.
How do I re-upload my playlist to Smart IPTV?
Note the MAC shown in the app, then on siptv.app open the playlist page, enter that MAC and paste your Nixaiptv link as an external URL or upload the M3U file. Save, then reload the playlist on the TV so it pulls the update.
It still says expired after I paid. Why?
Almost always a MAC mismatch. The activation is tied to a specific MAC, so if the one on the site differs from the one on the TV, even by one character, it reads as not activated. Re-check both and correct the wrong one.
